Parkour Northwest Gathering 2023

September 1–3 | Seattle, WA

PNWG (Parkour North West Gathering) is the large regional event intended to bring together parkour practitioners and enthusiasts in the Northwest (and beyond!) for 3 days of training, playing, workshops, and exploring.

Schedule:

Friday: 4pm Jams @ Freeway Park

Saturday: 11am-5pm Challenge Day @ University of Washington

Sunday: 12pm-5pm Workshops and Jams @ Yesler Terrace (aka Rail Mountain)

We created a collection of challenges at varying levels!!! Prizes might be awarded completely at our discretion.

1300-1330 Basic Falls with Nick

1330-1400 Rolls and Advanced Falls with Nick

1400-1500 Low Impact Parkour with Eric

1400-1500 Intro to Tricking with Charlie

1500-1600 Dumb Rail tricks/Rail flow with Sheep

1500-1600 Kongs and Kong-precisions with Ary

1600-1700 Gizmo Flow with Scott

1730-2200 Gasworks Detour / Hang out at Golden Gardens
